As a former Chief People Officer in global, industrial, and regulated environments, I have worked at the intersection of strategy and operations, helping organizations move from intent to outcome. My work centers on creating organizational clarity, aligning leadership, and building the structures required to execute at scale.

I have led enterprise transformation, supported growth and acquisition integration, and partnered with executive teams and boards in moments that matter. This includes designing multi-year transformation roadmaps and modernizing how work gets done across complex organizations.

My work increasingly reflects the reality that AI is reshaping how work gets done, requiring organizations to rethink structure and more intentionally design how human judgment, machine capability, and system flow work together.
