Shannon Thomas, Founder & Principal

Enterprise transformation executive | AI workforce strategy | Operating model design | M&A integration | Former CHRO, global industrial and regulated environments

I am an executive advisor and operator focused on translating business strategy into execution through organizational design, workforce architecture, and operating model.

My work increasingly centers on the reality that AI is reshaping how work gets done — requiring organizations to rethink structure and intentionally design how human judgment, technology, and system flow work together. I build the maturity models, governance frameworks, and sequencing that let that shift actually land.

I have spent my career at the intersection of strategy and operations — as CHRO in global, industrial, and regulated environments, leading enterprise transformation, guiding growth and acquisition integration, and partnering with executive teams and boards in moments that matter. This includes designing multi-year transformation roadmaps and modernizing how work gets done across complex organizations.

My approach is grounded in practicality. I do not build theoretical strategies. I work closely with leadership teams to simplify, align, and execute in ways that improve how the business runs for both the organization and the people inside it.

Through Titanium Vectors, I partner with companies and investors who view people and organization as drivers of performance. My work spans advisory, transformation, and interim leadership, depending on what the moment requires.
